Аннотация. Гомосексуальность в последнее время стала предметом осо­бого внима­ния на международном уровне политики. Генеральный секретарь ООН зая­вил, что права ЛГБТ — это проблема глобального значения, призывая страны отменить дискриминационное законодательство в отношении своих ЛГБТ-граждан. Предыдущий Президент США поддержал расширение границ сек­суальных отношений гражданства путем расширения правового признания гомосексуальных семей. Annotation. Homosexuality has recently become a subject of special attention at the international level of politics. The UN Secretary-General has stated that LGBT rights are an issue of global concern, urging countries to repeal discriminatory leg­islation against their LGBT citizens. The previous President of the United States sup­ported the expansion of the boundaries of the sexual relations of citizenship by ex­panding the legal recognition of homosexual families. Similar tendencies are typical for the countries of the European Union.
