Аннотация: в данной статье проанализированы некоторые направления соблюдения трудовых прав лиц, содержащихся в исправительных учреждениях. Рассматривается механизм реализации прав осужденных в Российской Федерации на осуществление трудовой деятельности в процессе отбывания ими наказания. Отражены вопросы состояния законности в указанной сфере, выделены наиболее актуальные аспекты обеспечения прав осужденных  к лишению свободы на труд Раскрыты проблемы прокурорского надзора и предложены пути повышения его эффективности.

Abstract: this article analyzes some areas of compliance with the labor rights of persons held in correctional institutions. The mechanism of realization of the rights of convicts in the Russian Federation to work in the process of serving their sentence is considered. The issues of the state of legality in this area are reflected, the most relevant aspects of ensuring the rights of persons sentenced to imprisonment to work are highlighted, the problems of prosecutorial supervision are revealed and ways to improve its effectiveness are proposed
