Аннотация. В работе рассматривается понятие принципа pactasuntservanda, история его становления и развития, а также реализация с учетом настоящих тенденций в международном праве и международных отношениях. Исследуются и определяются условия, при которых возможно несение ответственности по международным договорам РФ.

Abstract. The paper examines the concept of the pacta sunt servanda principle, the history of its formation and development, as well as its implementation taking into account current trends in international law and international relations. The conditions under which liability under international treaties of the Russian Federation is possible are investigated and determined.
